Risk and reward. It’s a simple concept, really. You can’t have one without the other. And it’s a concept that I learned a long time ago while I was at USC. I was reminded of this lesson recently when I ran into an old friend from USC. We were chatting about life and he told me that he’d given up on his dream of becoming a doctor because it was just too risky. He didn’t want to risk failing and having to start all over again. But as I listened to him, all I could think about was the risk that he was taking by not even trying.
Because in life, the biggest risk is not taking any risks at all. And if you don’t take risks, you’ll never know what you’re capable of achieving. So go out there and risk everything for your dreams. Fight On!
